keep fit plan

OMG!!!!Everyone is keep saying that i getting fatter so i decided keep fit from today onwards.

My keep fit plan is eat less and exercises more.

Monday - Aerobic Class
Tuesday - Swimming
Wednesday - Aerobic Class
Thursday - Swimming
Friday - Aerobic Class
Saturday and Sunday - Rest

I hope that i can make it.
