Wake up!!!

Ready to visit Loon!!

We don’t know the exact location of his hostel “SwinburnUnilodge”, so we decided take the cab, instead of train.

Unfortunately, we cannot got into the road due to construction, so the taxi driver dropped us somewhere, tell us how to go. But we got “LOST”.

We walked into Swinburn University, and we feel wrong as this is University, so we walked away. We walked around there 15mins, we tried to call Loon, told him wait us at downstairs.

Finally, we found him.

Actually, we already found his hostel at the first place, the hostel inside the university, we just need walk straight then will see him, but we turn around L

Lunch around his university, Cantonese cuisine. Wah!!! The food portion very big, even me also cannot finish the rice.

Went to bank to open account, issue debit card…..we expect many people in the bank, but it’s empty, it doesn’t like Malaysia bank, always full. We done everything within 30mins, wah!! Really fast!!!

Rest at Starbucks, because I want surfing internet…..but starbucks no free WIFI. It’s only provide 30mins free WIFI when we bought a cup of drink… WTF!!!!

 

2^nd place we planned to go which is IKEA, Richmond…..everyone curious why we went to Ikea, because we need find some groceries, pillow for Loon.

We planned take the train to Richmond, but the train staff told us “Wrong”….we should take the train to North Richmond, then change the tram to Ikea, it will stop in front of Ikea.

 

Finally, we got something after 2 hours, I also found something I like but I didn’t buy it….because I can’t bring it home L

Back to Loon hostel, take a rest…..then Mom and I went back to Hotel by train, as we already know which station we need to go for our hotel, and Loon Hostel.

Melbourne 2014 _Day 1

The day finally come!!! My feeling is complicated. I'm happy going to travel, but I'm also sad little brother leaving us. 

This was the first time I have no mood packing, feel want to cry when I think about him :( 

Papa and little brother Loon. 

Every time papa just drop us, and drive away immediately when he sent us to airport. But this time, Papa not like to leave, he just look at him, feel like 依依不舍, even he requested take few photo with Loon (Papa is not a person who like to take photo).

 It's was late when we arrived hotel 11pm, but Malaysia time is 8pm. We stayed at The Victoria Hotel Ibis Styles Melbourne, which great location for shopping, eating and transportation.

Melbourne Trip - Planning

My next trip in Feb 2014....Melbourne, Australia. 

Actually my youngest brother going to Melbourne for "Master Program", he wants me go with him to help him settle down everything. 

This is my 2nd time go to Melbourne, as 1st time I went with Jenifer, and my cousin (she lived in Melbourne) help us planned everything, such as hotel, itinerary, bus, train.....it's easy for me when I travel there. 

However, I have to plan everything this time......haiz....I need to find hotel, flight ticket, visa, train or bus number to his University, and the itinerary. 

Flight ticket: we bought MAS Airlines, return trip RM2200 per person. 

Hotel : booked at www.agoda.com "The Victoria Hotel" RM1700 for 6 nights per room. 

Visa: It's easy to apply Australia visa, we just applied from website 
http://www.immi.gov.au under visa "Electronic Travel Authority (ETA)", it's only costs AUD20. 

Shi En birthday

In the past, we went to KL celebrate her birthday, but we didn't celebrate birthday with her these years. 

This year,I'm definitely no time go to KL, so I bought her a birthday present. A customize handmade photo frame for her.

She likes minion, so I ordered the minion photo frame, RM50 

But the present still at here, I'm thinking courier to her or pass to her when she come back, which Chinese New Year :P

Birthday 2013

year 2013....haiz...I have turned to 31 years old....I'm old now. 

I very excited my birthday in the past, I will buy a lot of thing for myself as my birthday gift, I will change hair style, pedicure, manicure, facial to welcome my birthday. 

However, this year.....I busy on Yulena, almost forget my birthday.....

HoneyDew and Dino bought me Minnion Macaroon

Mom help me take care Yulena, so Hubby and I went to Gurney Paragon to celebrate birthday. 

We choose Miam Miam Cafe.

Night, Hubby take care Yulena, so I'm going out with 猪狗党 to celebrate Chiang Han and my birthday at Richard Top Taste Cafe. 

They also bought us Minnion Swiss Roll as birthday cake. 

Hubby asked me come back the soonest, because he also bought me a birthday cake, he and Yulena was waiting me to cut cake.

Why? Why everyone bought me minnion? Actually I don't like them......:(

Family Photo with Minnion

Family celebrated birthday with me at TAO. Luckily, Yulena didn't make noisy, so I able to enjoy my Japanese buffet with family, and I also feel lucky no more "Minnion" :P

Mae Salong Thai Food Restaurant

Mae Salong Thai Food Restaurant which located at Sungai Petani. I always saw the photo and check in from my friends at Facebook, it's look like the food and environment very nice.

 

I always plan go to dinner at there, but I don't have the address, even I don't know the restaurant name.

 

Until last few weeks, mom invited me dinner at Mae Salong with my relatives came from Singapore.....

I'm immediately answer "YES".

 

 

The restaurant is quite large and the environment is beautiful. We can choose enjoy the dinner at outdoor or indoor.

 

 It's also has a lot of facilities, such as water fountain, playground, garden......

 

Due to it's night, I not able to snap too much photo with my "IPhone". Sad......

 

 

 

 

The food taste, I feel average, because I able to have delicious Thai Food at Butterworth too, but the environment is good.
